Description Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor users and respond to problems; execute assistance for incidents; create/complete incident tickets as required; NOC experience; Service Desk Experience; LAN/WAN Experience; Remedy or like ticketing experience.   Required Qualifications: Requires associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience.   Desired Qualifications: Cisco and other Certifications, ITIL certification.
